Hello, I am Vanessa Daley, your local estate agent living in the Preston area. With over 18 years experience in the property market, I have guided thousands of clients through thriving and challenging market conditions. Building honest open relationships with my clients is something I am truly passionate about and it allows me to achieve the very best outcomes every time.
Family is at the heart of my life and I am the proud Mum of two beautiful children at my home in Fulwood. My personal circumstances and life experience means that I am relatable and have empathy with all my clients and I am able to engage with people from all backgrounds at various stages of life.
Local Estate Agent Close to Home
My drive to establish my own Preston estate agency comes from a deeply personal experience. In 2016, the birth of my son marked the most challenging yet life-changing time of my life. He was born with a rare lung condition and fought for his life for over seven months in Preston’s neonatal unit and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. During that time, we lived in Ronald McDonald House, and the day we were finally able to bring him home was the most joyous day of our lives. That experience strengthened my resolve, filled me with gratitude, and fuelled my determination to face life with positivity and resilience. It also reinforced my commitment to helping others achieve their dreams, whether that’s finding the perfect home or overcoming life’s obstacles.
Now, as the owner of a thriving Preston estate agency, I take immense pride in serving the local community and the wider Lancashire area. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service, always guided by my core values of integrity, empathy, and excellence. I firmly believe that our toughest experiences shape who we are and inspire us to be better.
